As Founder of Talent Success Consulting, I combine a background in psychology with years of experience in HR and organizational development to help people and teams grow. Our focus is on designing corporate trainings, providing business consulting, and delivering courses that explore how psychology works in the real world of business.

I’ve always believed that understanding human behavior is key to building stronger communication, leadership, and workplace culture. That belief is at the heart of everything we do at Talent Success Consulting.

My role as a visiting lecturer at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, where I teach “Organizational Behaviour,” allows me to bridge academic theory with practical tools students can use throughout their careers.

Prior to founding Talent Success Consulting, I held leadership roles as Global Recruitment Director and EU HR Director in the software development sector. These experiences gave me valuable insight into what helps organizations thrive—especially in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
